Orders and reservations
On the website and in the app, we process the contact, booking, order and optional note information you provide to perform a contract or take pre-contractual steps. The app does not require a customer account.
App history and secure access
Order and reservation references are stored with protected access credentials on your device. You can remove this device data in the app. This also revokes associated notification registrations; restaurant records remain subject to operational and legal retention duties.
Optional notifications
Only after your explicit consent does the app create a device identifier for status notifications. It is associated solely with orders or reservations authorized on that device. You can disable notifications in the app at any time.
Service providers and payment
We use technical service providers for hosting and notification delivery. When online payment is offered, card entry takes place on SumUp's hosted payment page; the app does not receive full card details. Providers process data only for the relevant service and under applicable data-protection requirements.
Retention
We retain information only as long as required for the service and applicable legal retention duties. Invalid notification identifiers are disabled and technical delivery records are deleted regularly.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object, and lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority.
